I had an experience today that says a lot about the kind of people Wright Construction Company employs. I ran out of gas on a busy street, and one of their contractors took the time to stop, make sure I was safe, and even put gas in my car so I could get back on the road. He didn’t have to stop. He didn’t have to help. He simply saw someone who needed a hand and chose to be a good human. I believe the character of the people a company employs says a lot about the company itself. Any business that has people like this representing them is the kind of business I would feel good about supporting and doing business with. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a reminder that there are still genuinely kind people out there.

I worked with Wright on a number of projects up and down the 75 corridor from Chattanooga to Atlanta. I originally only intended to award them 2 projects, but after watching their crew perform, I immediately went back to the negotiating table to sign them up on my entire portfolio of work. The approach to business is customer-centric. Rather then take a "we are not designers" or "cant fix anything without a change order" approach, they knew what the job needed, and prepared the proposal accordingly. I did not need to write any extras for work that was very evident at the time of bid. They saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars in potential changes if I would have used the low bid, but most importantly they saved me hours of headaches by diligently reviewing the contract documents, and providing input from the beginning to ensure we would be left with a property that was UFAS, OSHA, ADA, GADOT and DCA compliant. I recommend Brandon without reservation.

While customer service skills are vanishing from other companies, Wright Construction knocks it out of the park. Hands down, the best experience I've had with ANY construction company. Trevor is amazing. He is so on top of every detail, he goes above and beyond, and his communication skills are out of this world. His crew did a spectacular job and displayed professionalism with a warm personality. No question who I'll be using in the future.
