Who We Serve

Commercial Concrete and Paving for Tennessee and Alabama

Wright Construction builds and maintains concrete and asphalt for the people responsible for commercial property. Since 1992, our crews have worked with general contractors, property managers, facility directors, developers, and owner’s reps across Tennessee and Alabama, with our Memphis office also serving Mississippi and Arkansas. Each of our five offices in Memphis, Nashville, Chattanooga, Birmingham, and Huntsville has its own team and its own person answering the phone, so you always reach someone who knows your market.

The Properties We Work On

Our six service lines cover structural concrete, site services, asphalt paving and maintenance, concrete paving and maintenance, industrial concrete maintenance, and ADA remediation. Here is how that work shows up across the properties we serve.

Retail Centers and Shopping Plazas

Cracked, heaving, or faded parking lots send customers somewhere else. We repair and repave lots, rebuild walkways and curbs, and restripe so your center looks open for business.

Warehouses, Distribution Centers, and Industrial Facilities

Heavy truck traffic wears down loading docks, aprons, and truck courts faster than any other surface. Our industrial concrete maintenance and concrete paving crews rebuild these high-load areas so your freight keeps moving.

Hospitals and Healthcare Campuses

Healthcare properties cannot close their parking lots or entrances for long. Working with Hoar Construction, we completed mill paving, sealcoating, restriping, and demolition across three Orlando Health Baptist hospital campuses in Birmingham during the winter months.

Schools, Colleges, and Universities

School projects often have to finish within a narrow window between terms. We build foundations, slabs, sidewalks, and parking areas for new facilities and handle paving and ADA upgrades on existing campuses.

Churches and Houses of Worship

Church parking lots see heavy use on a few days each week and need to stay safe and accessible year-round. We schedule paving, sealcoating, striping, and ADA remediation around your services and events.

Office Parks and Corporate Campuses

Your parking lots, sidewalks, and entrances form a visitor's first impression of your business. We maintain and replace asphalt and concrete across office properties and keep accessible routes compliant.

Hotels and Hospitality Properties

Guests judge a hotel before they reach the front desk. We repair and repave lots, entrances, and porte-cocheres in phases so your property stays open and accessible to arriving guests.

Senior Living and Assisted Living Communities

Residents with limited mobility depend on smooth walkways and accessible entrances every day. We rebuild uneven sidewalks, ramps, curb cuts, and accessible parking to reduce trip hazards across your community.

Auto Dealerships

Inventory lots carry the weight of parked vehicles around the clock, and a worn lot makes new inventory look tired. We repave and maintain dealership lots and restripe display and customer parking in sections so sales can continue.

Self-Storage Facilities

Moving trucks and trailers put steady stress on drive aisles and the aprons in front of each unit. We pave, patch, and crack-fill storage properties to keep aisles smooth and water away from unit doors.

Multifamily Communities and HOAs

Residents notice every trip hazard and pothole on their daily walk. We repair sidewalks, curbs, entryways, and common-area paving for apartment communities and homeowners associations.

Municipal and Public Properties

Public walkways, curbs, and roads need durable work that meets accessibility standards. Our crews handle road construction, concrete repair, and ADA remediation for public property owners.

Restaurants and Drive-Thrus

Drive-thru lanes and entrances take constant traffic from open to close. We repair and replace patios, entrances, and drive-thru concrete with scheduling that respects your service hours.

Commercial Fencing in Alabama

Our Birmingham and Huntsville offices also install commercial fencing and access control. Industrial sites, schools, storage facilities, and other Alabama properties can add perimeter security to the same project as their paving and concrete work.

Five Offices That Work as One Team

Every Wright office runs with its own local crews and its own point of contact. When a project calls for more people or a faster timeline, our offices send support to one another, as Memphis did for Kohler and Birmingham did for Village on Whitesburg Plaza. Wright holds an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
